Global Commerce & Services, LLC was founded in 2000 by Joaneane Smith, who wanted to leverage the experience and knowledge she gained managing large IT projects for PeopleSoft to provide a wide array of enterprise solutions. Since its inception, the company has worked as both a prime and sub-contractor on a variety of IT projects, including systems engineering and integration, cyber security, enterprise technology and project management.
